Peaceful woodcut
There is a technique called "finger joint" to join the wooden parts together. As its name suggests, it cuts a tree in a zigzag shape to fit the fingers of both hands.
It is a technique to widen the bonding area and make it tough.
In the cosine workshop, I tried to make a card stand with this technique so that I could use the short materials and scraps that would come out when I made furniture.
It was made by combining four types of wood used for cosine furniture.
A groove of moderate depth supports your photos and cards at a stable angle.
We made use of the shape of the fingers of both hands, put the two pieces together, and named them "woodpeace in the shape of peace" in the sense of holding hands together.
It comes in a transparent bag with a small card.

An oil based on natural vegetable oils that maintains the texture of wood. Maintenance can be easily done by overcoating with oil. Do not hang wet things directly as it may cause stains. If it gets wet, wipe it off immediately. If you squeeze it well, you can wipe it with water.
The film is made on the surface of the wood, so it is difficult to get scratches or stains. For normal maintenance, just wipe the dust off. If it is extremely dirty, clean it with a cloth dampened with diluted soap and water, wipe off the detergent with a well-wrung cloth, and then wipe it with a soft cloth.
This product is made from short materials.
In Cosine, we call "short pieces" the material that comes out in the process of making furniture and is of a size that makes it impossible to make furniture anymore.
Even if you can't make furniture, you can still make small things by using the material.
At Cosine, we use "short materials" to make cosine TOY and small items, and the smaller pieces are called "Koppappa" and are used in manufacturing workshops.
Both the short wood and the small pieces of wood (Koppa) convey a part of the important tree that grew over a long period of time, and the warmth of the tree even when it becomes small.
Gururi cool ecosine
It is a cosine that was born with wasteful materials left over from furniture making.
From the workshop, I don't want to produce "wood trash" as much as possible.
That's why you can do all you can and recycle around.
