3. Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart" to add the item to your shopping cart.
4. The screen will change to the shopping cart screen. If you want to purchase other items, repeat steps 1 and 2 above.
5. Once you have proceeded to the "Order Screen", please enter the required information and follow the steps below. This completes your order.

• We will ship your order as soon as possible from the day we receive it, but please allow 2-7 business days for delivery after you place your order (or after we confirm your payment if you pay by Japan Post Bank transfer or bank transfer).
• We will contact you by email regarding the shipping date once the shipment is prepared.
• Depending on the size of the product, we may specify a delivery date to prevent delivery delays. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the item is not in stock, we will arrange with you and ship it to you.
• The product will be delivered by the delivery company designated by our store.

• When you receive the product, please check the contents immediately.
• Regarding product damage, soiling, and incorrect products We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if the wrong product is delivered, please let us know the details by email, phone, or fax within 7 days of receiving the product. We will immediately contact you regarding the return/exchange procedure. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs and other fees required for returns and exchanges.
  However, if an exchange is not possible, such as for sold-out items, discontinued items, special offers or limited edition items, we will refund the product price.
• If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (such as the item not meeting your expectations), we will only accept returns or exchanges if certain conditions are met.

• If you paid by credit card, we will correct (cancel) the charged amount as soon as we receive the returned items. However, due to the credit card closing date, you may be charged the full amount at first, and then the returned amount may be refunded at the time of your next billing.
